Yoga for Beginners

6.30PM at Leonard Hall, Trinity Henleaze:

This beginners class will welcome you to the wide range of benefits of yoga including strength, flexibility and mindfulness in an approachable and intelligent way. It is designed for beginners, but of course it is open to all levels and all ages.

Purchase a class pass to book your spot. Bring your own mat (I have a few spare I can lend you too - please message me to request one). Access via ramp to the right of the main entrance.

Power Vinyasa

8PM at Leonard Hall, Trinity HenleazE

This Power Vinyasa class will help you build strength, flexibility and balance in your body and your mind. It is often physically demanding, but always a lot of fun!

Spaces are limited: purchase a class pass to book your spot. Bring your own mat (I have a few spare I can lend you too - please message me to request one). Access via ramp to the right of the main entrance.

 

PURCHASE CLASS PASSES

4 and Unlimited passes are purchased at the beginning of each calendar month and are valid for that month only. You can also purchase a single class pass up to one week prior to the class.
