Meditation is the time you take to sit still, and be quiet. In a world so focussed on the hustle it has become increasingly hard to find this time for stillness and to nurture our inner peace, so I believe we must create it. Meditation will allow you to slow down, without becoming less productive; actually a meditation practice is proven to make you more productive! And as well as helping millions of people live a more mindful life it has also been proven to help manage anxiety, reduce stress, promote mental health, fight addiction and vastly improve the quality and longevity of your life. Unlike all my other courses, this is not something that you may need at some point, it is something that you must have in your life, right now. It is my honour to introduce you to the seventh limb of yoga, Dhyana; Meditation.
