This is part one of a two part series designed for beginners. Whether you’re brand new and have never done yoga, or you’ve practising for a little while and need a more structured approach to learning this course is for you.

The 28 day program introduces you to just some of the wide range of benefits of yoga in a balanced, concise way, and at the end of Part One it is my hope that you will find yourself feeling stronger, more flexible and mindful.

This is part two of a two part series that builds on what you have learned in part one over the course of 28 days. The course structure is the same, but now we’ll be working deeper into each stage, further improving strength, flexibility and more. We’ll start to work towards more intermediate poses too like Dancers Pose and Crow Pose.

At the end of this course you will have a more confident yoga practise, and be able to see a very noticeable improvement, not just in your body but in your quality of life.
